Returns & Cancellations:
At Clarion Lubricants, customer satisfaction is our number one objective. Inspect your product(s) immediately upon receipt. If you receive product(s) that are freight damaged or missing due to a broken box, contact the carrier (i.e. UPS Ground) immediately to file a claim.
If you receive a product other than what you ordered or your order is incomplete, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to remedy the situation. If a return is necessary, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Without an RMA number, we will refuse any return.
Customer error or regret, dissatisfaction, or any other reason for wanting to return a product other than a Clarion Lubricants documented error is not acceptable. Items in the customer's possession for longer than 7 days will not be accepted for return. We cannot accept returns on any open, used, modified, or damaged products.
Order cancellations are subject to a 10% fee. Once an item is shipped, it can not be canceled. Returns and cancellations are solely determined by Clarion Lubricants.
Your order will be processed within approximately 3 days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Clarion Lubricants does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
We charge for shipping based upon total weight of your order. On large orders, an alternative shipping company may be used at Clarion Lubricants’ sole discretion. Currently we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses or Military Addresses. Risk and title pass to you upon our delivery of the Products to the carrier.
Where applicable, Clarion Lubricants will charge sales tax on taxable items. Sales tax is calculated on the cost of the taxable merchandise. Depending on state-specific regulations, sales tax may also be assessed on shipping and handling costs. Tax exempt customers may submit a copy of a state resale certificate, exemption certificate, or other acceptable proof of your exempt status to email@example.com to secure tax exempt status on future orders. Once sales tax is charged, please contact your tax authority for a refund.
Clarion Lubricants automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request. Personal information gathered on our website is only used to fulfill your requests for products and information, contact you, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law:
Any and all disputes arising out of , in connection with, or related to Internet sales to parties located outside of the United States shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the International Center for Dispute Resolution ("ICDR"). The arbitration shall be governed by the substantive laws of the State of Texas and by the International Arbitration Rules of the ICDR. The seat of arbitration shall be in Houston, Texas USA. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and all documents and pleadings exchanged shall be in English or translated into English at the expense of the party sponsoring the document or pleading.
The Products described in this sales order contract are subject to U.S. export regulations. The Products are offered to Counterparty with the understanding that any Products to be exported must be exported from the U.S. in accordance with U.S. export regulations. Re-export, diversion, transshipment, or use contrary to U.S. law is prohibited and is cause for cancellation of this sales order contract.
